This website is operated by Worldsquare Real Ventures Private Limited for its project Worldsquare Towers – Ruby at Gopanakoppa, Hubballi. By using this website or submitting an enquiry, you accept these terms.
1. Information only — not an offer
The content on this website is for general information about the project. Nothing on it is an offer, an invitation to offer, or a contract of any kind. No booking, allotment or right in any apartment arises from using this website or submitting a form. Any purchase will be governed solely by the written agreement for sale and the other documents executed between you and the developer.
2. Prices, areas and availability
- Prices shown are indicative, apply to specific units, and may change without notice.
- Areas shown are approximate super built-up areas, unless stated otherwise. The carpet area as defined under RERA is set out in the agreement for sale and the K-RERA registration.
- Registration charges and stamp duty are payable separately, at actuals, over and above the quoted price.
- Availability changes as units are sold. Please confirm current prices and availability with our sales team.
3. Images and plans
Renders, 3D views, interior images, floor plans and site plans are artistic impressions for illustration. Furniture, décor, fittings, landscaping and accessories shown are not part of the standard offering unless specifically listed in your agreement. Actual construction may differ.
4. RERA
Worldsquare Towers – Ruby is registered under the Karnataka Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act with registration number PRM/KA/RERA/1259/479/PR/210725/007938. Please verify project details on rera.karnataka.gov.in before taking a purchase decision.
5. Your enquiry
Please give accurate details when you submit a form, and use your own contact number. By submitting, you consent to be contacted by call, SMS and WhatsApp as described in our Privacy Policy, including where your number is registered under DND / NDNC.
6. Home loans
Any information about bank funding is for guidance only. Loan sanction, the amount, rate of interest and terms are decided entirely by the bank or financial institution concerned. We do not guarantee that a loan will be sanctioned.
7. Acceptable use
- Do not use this website for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that damages or disrupts it.
- Do not copy, reproduce or republish the content, images, plans, logos or brand names on this website without our written permission. All of it remains our property or that of its respective owners.
- Do not submit false enquiries or another person's details without their permission.
8. Third-party links and content
This website embeds or links to third-party services such as Google Maps, YouTube and WhatsApp. We are not responsible for their content, availability or practices; their own terms and privacy policies apply.
