This Privacy Policy explains how Worldsquare Real Ventures Private Limited ("Worldsquare", "we", "us") handles the information you share with us on this website for the project Worldsquare Towers – Ruby, Gopanakoppa, Hubballi.

2. Information we collect

When you submit an enquiry, a site-visit request or a brochure download form, we collect:

• Your name and mobile number;
• the configuration you are interested in (1, 2 or 3 BHK) and, if you choose one, a preferred site-visit date;
• which form or button you used, and the date and time of your enquiry;
• basic campaign information carried in the web address, such as the advertising source, campaign name and click identifiers (for example utm_source, gclid, fbclid), so we know which advertisement brought you here.

We do not ask for, and you should not send us, financial information such as bank account, card or UPI details through this website.

3. How we use it

• To call, message or WhatsApp you about Worldsquare Towers – Ruby — prices, availability, floor plans, the cost sheet and site visits;
• to send you the brochure or information you asked for;
• to arrange and follow up on a site visit;
• to measure which advertisements and pages generate genuine enquiries;
• to meet our legal and regulatory obligations.

By submitting a form, and by ticking the consent box, you authorise Worldsquare Towers and its authorised representatives to contact you by phone call, SMS and WhatsApp in connection with this project, even if your number is registered under DND / NDNC. You can withdraw this consent at any time (see section 7).

4. Where your information is stored and who can see it

• Google (Google Sheets / Google Apps Script) — enquiries submitted on this site are saved to a private spreadsheet in our Google account;
• our sales team and authorised channel partners who call you about this project;
• our website host, which stores and serves this website;
• WhatsApp (Meta), if you choose to chat with us there.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We share it with others only where the law requires it, or to protect our legal rights.

5. Advertising and analytics tools

This website may use the following measurement tools, which set cookies or similar identifiers in your browser and share limited event information with the provider:

• Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms, Inc.) — records page views and form submissions so we can measure our Facebook and Instagram advertisements and show relevant ads. See Meta's Privacy Policy.
• Google Analytics / Google Ads (Google LLC) — measures website traffic and advertisement performance. See Google's Privacy Policy.
• Google Maps — the map on our location section is embedded from Google.
• YouTube — our project video loads from YouTube only after you click play.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of personalised advertising through your Meta ad preferences and Google ad settings. The website will still work normally.

6. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to respond to you and for our business records — normally up to three years from your last contact with us, unless a longer period is required by law or you ask us to delete them earlier.

7. Your choices and rights

You may ask us to:

• tell you what information we hold about you;
• correct information that is wrong;
• delete your information;
• stop contacting you, or withdraw the consent you gave when submitting a form.

8. Security

We take reasonable steps to protect the information you give us, including access-controlled accounts and transport encryption (HTTPS) on this website. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children

This website is meant for people aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
